Pistol Range

The pistol range is 30ish yards deep and 5 lanes wide. There are target stands available to staple paper targets to. There are also various steel targets on the range. For safety, please don’t shoot the steel targets any closer than 10 yards.

  • Full access to members & guests of members

  • Five covered shooting bays

  • Movable paper target stands and steel targets

  • Distance markers at 5, 10, 15, 20 & 25 yards (white whisker markers)

  • USPSA/IDPA Courses, Steel Challenge, Texas Star, Dueling Tree and bowling pin table available upon prior request. Contact the Pistol Chairman for details.

Weekly Pistol Shoots - May - September
The club holds pistol shoots on Thursday afternoons during the Spring, Summer and Fall. Check the clubs calendar for dates and details.

The Thursday afternoon shoots are typically one of the below formats.

Practical Pistol Shoots - We shoot competition style courses with a focus on fun and safety.

Drill of the Month - We will shoot drills to improve speed and

Ladies Only Pistol Shoot

The club holds a ladies only shoot on some Saturday mornings during the Spring, Summer and Fall. We focus on safety, building confidence and pistol shooting fundamentals. Check the clubs calendar for dates and details.

Pistol Range Notes and Rules

  • Eye and hearing protection are required for all shooting events.

  • To ensure a safe and fun event we will operate a "Cold" range so please come to the range with your firearms unloaded. Firearms will only be loaded on the firing line when it is your turn to shoot.

  • Please pick up brass after you shoot.
